Player development

What parents see

The private progress page, no account needed.

Parents never need an account. They use two secure links — no app install, no password.

The two links

Booking page — /book/your-name

Your public booking page: profile, credentials, rinks, and open sessions to request. One link for the whole world.

Player page — /parent/… (unique per skater)

A private progress page for one skater. It shows:

  • The latest recap — scores + note + clip (if video is allowed).
  • A progress chart with a link to the season report.
  • The development plan / focus and any homework.
  • Waiver + video-consent toggles.
  • Pack balance — how much wallet credit is left.
  • Next session with rink address + directions.
  • Receipts — every payment, printable.
  • A "book the next session" button.

Share-to-save (the referral loop)

When a skater's next session has open spots (and splits among who's present), the parent page shows exactly what they'd save if one more family joined — "your share is $122.50; it drops to $110" — with your booking link to share. Recruiting a family literally lowers their own cost, which quietly fills your ice.

Why it's built this way

The parent page is the payoff of the whole workflow: it's the proof the money bought progress. It's what turns a one-off lesson into a season.
