Unpaid & receivables aging

What's owed, aged so you chase the right family.

The Unpaid tab is your accounts-receivable view — every dollar owed, sorted by how long it's been floating, so you chase the right families first.

Aging buckets

Unpaid groups what's owed by age:

  • Due today — sessions that just happened.
  • 7+ days — starting to drift.
  • 14+ days — needs a nudge now.
  • Total floated — the whole receivable balance you're carrying.

Seeing "$430 has been out past 14 days" is very different from a single "Outstanding" number — it tells you who to text today.

Act from the list

Each row is collectable in place — Remind, Mark e-Transfer paid, Charge card, or Deduct from pack — the same actions as the session page, gathered by age.

How it ties to the dashboard

The dashboard Outstanding figure equals the total here (both scoped to sessions that have already happened), so the number you see on login is the number you can act on.

Why "floated"

Money owed but not collected is money you've floated — you paid for ice a family hasn't paid you back for yet. Keeping that number visible and aging is how a coaching side-business avoids quietly becoming an interest-free lender.
