Player development
Players & development plans
Progress charts, goals, milestones, homework.
The Players tab is your development home: every skater's record, with sessions ready to log up top.
A player's record
Players → tap a skater:
- Progress chart — average score over sessions.
- Latest scores — their most recent recap.
- Development plan / focus — what you're working on (editable).
- Recap history — every logged session, with clips.
- Parent link — copy the skater's private parent page URL.
- Season report ↗ — the shareable season report.
- Waiver status — ✓ or "needed" (see Waivers).
Edit details changes the skater's name, birth year, or type.
Development plans
Each skater carries a development plan — the coaching layer beyond raw scores:
- Season focus / current focus — the headline you're working toward, shown to parents.
- Goals & milestones — specific targets (e.g. "Clean hockey stop both sides"), which you mark achieved as they get there.
- Homework — what the skater should do between skates (e.g. "20 min of edge work at home before Saturday"), surfaced on the parent page.
The plan gives every recap a "where this is heading" — parents see progress and the path.
Ready to log
Completed sessions that haven't been logged yet appear at the top of Players, so recaps don't pile up. Tap through to the log form.
Search
Once your roster grows, Players (and Families) get a search box.
