Rates, business & tax, integrations, theme.

Carve splits your account config into two places: Profile (who you are) and Settings (how the app behaves).

Profile (your avatar)

Open it from your avatar (top-right on desktop, sidebar footer):

Identity — name, phone, email.
Your sport — hockey / figure skating. Flips the discipline options, skill defaults, and waiver everywhere. See Hockey vs figure skating.
What you mostly coach and default rates — fee model and fee that prefill new sessions.
Cancellation policy — free-cancel window and late-cancel behaviour.
Credentials — NCCP, Respect in Sport, insurance, shown on your booking page so parents trust you.

Settings

The app configuration:

Booking page — your /book/your-name link, bio, publish toggle, and the read-only iCal feed URL.
Business & tax — business name, GST/HST number, tax rate, e-Transfer address, and your waiver text. Drives receipts, reminders, the GST tracker, and waivers.
Google Calendar — connect/disconnect two-way sync.
Theme — pick your look.

Everything's editable

Nothing you chose at onboarding is locked. Changes apply going forward; history is preserved.
