Turn interest into confirmed spots.
Your booking page (/book/your-name) turns interest into confirmed spots. Share the link;
parents browse your open ice and request a session; you confirm.
Set it up
Settings → Booking page:
- Set your link —
/book/your-name. - Add a short bio.
- Publish.
Then drop the link in your Instagram bio, texts, or team chat.
Make sessions bookable
A session only appears publicly if it's marked bookable:
- On a session, tap List on my booking page (or tick it while booking), or
- Mark a group bookable so its generated sessions all show.
What a parent sees
- Your profile, bio, and credentials (NCCP, Respect in Sport, insurance) — so they know you're legit.
- Your rinks with address + notes.
- A calendar with a green dot on days that have open ice.
- Session cards: date, time, rink, spots left, and price.
- Optional testimonials and an "ideal for" line (e.g. "ages 6–12, beginner to competitive") that you set to frame who the sessions suit.
They pick a session and send a request (name, skater, contact) — no payment yet. If a session is full, they can join the waitlist.
After they request
The request lands in your Requests inbox and as a banner on the dashboard. Confirm & add folds them into the session and split.
